Account details — name, email, phone, and password (stored only as a secure hash).

Order details — shipping address, items, and the price snapshot at the time of purchase.

Payment data — handled by our regulated payment partners; we never store full card numbers.

Usage data — device, pages viewed, and gold-rate alerts you subscribe to.

To process orders, fulfil delivery or boutique pickup, and provide support.

To prevent fraud and meet our legal and AML obligations.

To send service messages and, with your consent, rate updates and offers.

We share data only with delivery, payment and IT providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and with UAE authorities where the law requires. We do not sell your personal data.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-restricted, and admin actions are audit-logged. We keep records only as long as needed or as required by UAE law.

You may access, correct or delete your data and withdraw marketing consent at any time by writing to privacy@goldpro.ae.
